Gigi Studios – 5 Styles to Consider This Season

Gigi Studios has quickly become a fan favourite at Eyewear on Pako. From minimalist classics to bold statement pieces, it’s easy to see why everyone is gravitating towards these frames. As someone who loves exploring the intersection of fashion and functionality, I have tried, tested and fallen in love with Gigi Studios. My Gigi sunglasses basically live on my face.

I’m going to give you the run down on my current favourite Gigi Studios frames. These frames are unrivaled (in my very biased opinion), the subtle details, precise lines and sculptural forms make them stand out on the shelves.

Aurenne

Starting off strong with one of Gigi Studios’ newest models. The Aurenne is the perfect oversized sunglass. The cut-out design is so different to anything else we have in store; it adds such a fashionable and elevated element to the look. This is the kind of frame you can dress up or down. The Aurenne belongs on your face in every situation.

Taliah

Can you tell that I’m loving the oversized look? The Taliah is a homage to the classic tear drop design that we all know and love but bump up the sophistication factor to 100. These frames are made from such lightweight material which means they are super comfortable.

Viana

Oversized has had its moment, now let’s look at a frame that is so “me-coded.” The Viana is sleek, minimalist and utter perfection. The retro design is a nod to the style of the 1990s, undersized and oozing style. The way they’ve designed the acetate/metal combination is so unique and singular. The Viana is chic, fashion-forward and is bound to turn heads.

Spielberg

One thing about Gigi Studios is that they make the best aviator optical frames. The Spielberg is the perfect square shape, with just the right amount of interest. The tortoiseshell accent on the bridge is the perfect addition to the frame. And I can’t forget to mention all the r details along the temples on the frame, each tiny engraving shows just how remarkable the craftsmanship is at Gigi Studios.

Sara

Last but certainly not least, the Sara is another stunning square aviator. Perfect for those who want to try an aviator but aren’t sure if it’ll suit (hint: it will). Another acetate and metal combination, but this time the green acetate is front and centre, adding colour and setting it apart from the plain metal aviator that we’ve all seen before. Plus, these are so incredibly lightweight, you won’t even know you’re wearing them.

As you can see, I’m a Gigi Studios enthusiast. So, you better hurry to get yours from Eyewear on Pako or I’ll take them for myself!
